I am disgusted by humans

I am disgusted by humanity. All of the basic things I have to do regularly are tiring even like brushing my teeth, showering, washing my sheets, shaving. It's like I cannot even function as a human properly. I cannot look people in the eyes when I speak. I cannot watch normies on shit Tok without getting vehemently disgusted by their animalistic nature. Eating and even cumming disgust me because it reminds me of how animalistic we as humans are.
