My life would be better if I was born 10 - 20 years earlier, and if I had better parents, and if I was born a few hundred kilometers westward, and maybe if I didn't have autism, or at least in a milder form. In general, if everything about me and my life was different, it would probably be better.

realistically, having good parents would be enough to solve all the other issues you have

That is the key issue for most, my friends from wealthy homes are all as fucked up as some of the ones I knew from out in the sticks that were dirt poor. The commonality was both types of parents just didn't care and never tried to help their kids, the rich ones just bought them whatever they wanted and the poor ones were just allowed to roam around so long as they didn't get them(the parents) in trouble. The only major difference I saw was most of the poor ones got laid before high school was over, but that's not much a victory when 7 of my friends/classmates both rich and poor are near 40yo losers with nothing but the parents they still live off of.

They can if they understand that one day you'll need to be on your own. A good parent will never feel like that as you are growing up, they will make you do things you hate and put your in situations that seem awful, but when you get older and look back, the goal was always to make you learn how to live in the world with your flaws rather than be trapped by them.
