>>81910034 (OP)Confidence is simply your internal assessment of the likelihood of achieving a positive outcome.
Its developed by experience and 'win' ratio.
Think about your favorite videogame that you are skilled at. You are 'confident' you can win because you've won before and you have prior experience.
Now think about when you play a new game thats outside your usual preferred genre. You are unsure, you play it safe, you fumble around and make mistakes. You aren't 'confident' at it.
Thats all that confidence is. Its not some mystical scary quality that some people just have or not. Its something you develop that becomes a psychological outlook.
So if you want to get confident at something you first need to start small and git gud at tasks and activities related to the main thing you are trying tk get confident at. You pick small battles that you can win and progressively take on harder challenges. You do this over and over and over until it becomes routine, it becomes boring because you do it so much and you don't even feel anxious anymore because it becomes like a familiar chore.
Practice and experience are the secret cheat codes to basically everything in life.
