The unlimited screen time thing really is the main problem. I found receipts from around 2007 showing that even as a kid I was spending up to 10 hours a day on the computer, and because I liked games and TV so much that meant my entire life was pretty much screens. My parents even went out of their way to give me two televisions in my room, which I'm grateful for but damn it fucked me up :l
