7 and 18, I'm 18 too, if it wqs up to me I would've raised her like how and my sister was raised, no internet till we were teens and stuck playing on the genesis and watching vhs even though it was already obsolete by the 2010s, like we used to bully furries for fun but now my baby sister want to be one?? Fuck that, I blame my mother for letting her on her tablet all the time instead of getting her to sit down and watch an actual show, she can't even watch a 20 minute cartoon without crying for her phone; it's that bad, I just want her to be weird like the rest of her siblings

That's actually pretty based. Sheltering your children fucks them up far more than exposing them to the world's ugliness ever could. The RIGHT thing to do is give your children unlimited freedom ALONGSIDE adequate education. Usually if you do that your kids will surprise you with the wisdom of their choices.

So does every toddler in their stroller in 2025. In 15-20 years we're going to have an army of ADHD dopamine junkies who can't pay attention joining the workforce. How the fuck is that going to function? What kind of world will that be? Will AI just do everything while screen zombies watch what it makes? How long will that last? Will we just eventually have a generation that doesn't interact with non-screens and just stares into fake content from birth to death?
