Don't have BPD, but used to think I do, but it could just me being young, very possibly autistic and adhd and not being raised well.
Heard a conspiracy theory that with the way bpd is quite often diagnosed together with ADHD , it might often be just a result of growing up in unhealthy environment while being autistic/adhd
Could explain a lot of stuff, like impulsivity is common with adhd, black and white thinking is somewhat similar to autistic rigidity, difficulty regulating emotions is quite common with adhd and autism and if you grew up in an unhealthy environment and were never taught how to do it, you're very likely to have difficulty regulating your emotions, fear of abandonment is nothing weird considering how many autistic/adhd people have some sort of a trauma that left them feel rejected/abandoned, and stuff like suicidal/self-harm behaviors, dissociation, paranoia abd suspicions, difficulty managing relationships don't sound unusual for an autistic/adhd person who grew up in an unhealthy environment so already has quite a few difficulties managing their lives
I'm not committed to this theory and think that some people with bpd can indeed be neurotypical, but I still think that it might have some merit to it and autism/adhd difficulties exacerbated by an unhealthy environment may well be a good soil got developing bpd

They're fucking demons from hell that need to be thrown into a padded room for the rest of their lives. Not apologizing.

What if I told you that sometimes and especially in the case of personality disorders that are not a result of biology, that "mental illness" can be merely learned patterns of behavior? And further what if I told you that like all learned patterns of behavior they can be changed?
