This is genuinely starting to piss me off like im sick of seeing actual gore of my family in my dreams. Why the fuck is my brain doing this to me? Like every night a different horrible scenario from the saw movies unfolds in my head and its fucking me up

How do I stop these nightmares. I don't take any meds at all. Does anybody else have this?
