Unless you're exceptional in some way, I don't think male life is worth living

I somewhat agree with that. I don't think you have to be exceptional but life as a below average male seems overall not worth it.

Nothing about being female would improve your life.
Any free handouts of friendship and love you believe you'd receive from others would be meaningless.
Showing someone "friendship" because they have tits isn't genuine, it'd honorary shitskin behavior.
So unless you want jeets telling you that they "love you and want to see your tits, madam", you're not missing out, no matter how much the autogynephilic chuds tell you otherwise.

..... or maybe you have a fetish for jeet cock and would love to get "raped" by them, idk lul.
I hope you feel better soon, anon. I know life can seem horrible, it can be sometimes... but there is room for improvement. I thought my life had hit adead end, that I'd have to kill myself.
No one cared because "woman can't have problems, a jeet would give you money if you sold your body", but I got through it.
I don't have any connections, but I improved my dysfunctional life.

Try doing things that can make you feel accomplished. Like learning to cook, etc.
It might sound silly, but the process of learning how to cook and prepare food when I otherwise couldn't do ANYTHING (dysfunctional neet) felt like I was improving as a person.
You can feel that too, I think...
Also try going outside.
No, I'm not telling you to go "touch grass", but being outside in the fresh air can genuinely help you feel better.
I don't really exercise, but just standing outside behind my house makes me feel more grounded.

It's possible that being inside a lot and festering on your anxieties contributes to your pointless feeling in life.
Doing something like standing outside can make you realise there's more to life than your anxieties, that you have the ability to move around and do things... things that can maybe help you feel a bit better.
