Anyone else shocked by how ugly they are once someone else took a picture of them?

>decide I need non-selfies if I want to take my dating profile up a level
>ask friend to take a few pictures of me
>get them back
>tfw literally shocked and taken aback by how ugly I am
>without the perfect angle, lighting etc. that I learned over the years with a selfie I'm ass ugly
>tfw I realize I literally walk around in daily life as a 2-3/10

>tfw I now understand why I'm a virgin and never had a gf well into my 20s

Yeah. I have no photos of myself in my phone, and every time a family member sends me one, I delete them. I can't stand looking at my face.
I never takes selfies either.

my whole life ive been thinking im atleast a 5
turns out im a 3. no wonder people pity me so much
think it has to do with having a big nose too. selfie angles are flattering to a big hawk nose and chin fat

I have a head circumference of 64cm you don't have it as worse as me.
