Never ate raw meat but I'd take a bitter dark roast for breakfast and a 6 pack of IPA for dinner. Although I have shoved my entire hand up the backside of a dead chicken and pull it's guts out. Also skinned and butchered a few deer and maybe a cow

I've never eaten chicken gizzards. Prostates have a terrible texture. They're very tough all around with a few extra hard chunks strewn about. They also have no taste or smell. Testicles are very soft and fall apart easily. It's satisfying to separate the skin from the meat too. If you do it well you'll end up with a smooth nugget like this. They taste pretty good too. I would say they're my 3rd favorite organ so far

These 2 tongues were about 6oz in total. This package costed $5. They had a faint smell that was slightly unpleasant. The exterior was tough, and in some parts it was abrasive. The tongues didn't have much taste at all. The meat on the inside was alright but the exterior was bothersome. I'll probably never eat tongues again

I'll finish it all off with some chunks of raw goat liver I've kept in a jar in the backyard since May 16th
