Balding, being short, having small genitalia, being aestethically unpleasant to look at, being autistic or some other form of neurodivergent are general indicators for low quality genes, so of course some women choose to forgo you if they have the option. On the other hand, men that do not posess these qualities, and that have a good and stable career, look strong and reliable, are usually very stable partners to start a family with, and cause good offspring.
