training abs after lifting (especially if you're just starting to train them) can often result in some kind of ab cramp. happens to me all the time. best to do abs separately at home or before you lift

I've trained myself to like the pain because I do feel my core gets a lot stronger and I have toned abs lol. Good old naturally occurring positive reinforcement.

Total waste of time, which is why you are not enjoying it. Light bodyweight exercise is frustrating for the body but useless for muscle growth and strength gains. The only bodyweight exercise you should do ever is chinups or pullups. Go to a gym and use a barbell

yeah working out your arm and chest feels super nice but training legs and abs is just torturing yourself for what feels like little reward
