stir fry, omlettes, bolognese, tika masala, rice (actually hard to do properly), aglio e olio, cacio e pepe, carbonara, tortillas, chicken cutlets, fried rice, teriyaki chicken, gulash, chilli, chicken breast, tomato soup, curry, i can make a good pizza also
but i knew how to do 1/3 of those before to be fair, at this point it's harder for me to actually find interesting stuff that i actually could learn than what i want to eat but can't make. lot's of trying to figure out where to get good ingredients and avoid wasting food and saving time
also i learned how to meal prep, i failed uni (undergrad for clarification if youre american which you probably are since it's 2am) and i'm going back and i hope that meal prep will help me be more organized but i kind of doubt i'm really scared of working dead and minimum wage though so maybe fight or flight kicks in this time, fucking hate living in tiny apartment with 2-3 other people on a side note, i might need to actually push myself and find some loser to be my "friend" and babysit me through studying
