>large pickup truck is stopped in the middle of the street on my way home
>not moving anywhere, just sitting there blocking the lane
>wait like 10 seconds, still no movement
>lay on my horn
>still doesn't move
>keep honking like 3 or 4 more times
>truck inches forward
>get pissed and just aggressively pass on the right
>realize he is stuck behind a long line of traffic due to construction
>am now stuck right next to the truck driver I was just blaring my horn at for no good reason
>refuse to look anywhere but forward
>after like 10 minutes finally inch out of traffic jam away from driver
>feel awful for the rest of the day
To be fair there is never any traffic on that street, I assumed the guy was just stopped for no reason checking his phone or something like a retard, and his truck is way too big to see any traffic in front of him.

Kek this happened to me before but with an ambulance. For some reason american ambulances are weirdly quiet sometimes. I thought bro was just stopped at a green light. I didn't even have the radio on
