it's enough to start over anywhere including those places and they aren't the most expensive cities anymore either
nyc isn't even bad and the metro is so good

Really? I'm terrified of the NYC rental market, it seems like a total nightmare with rules, scams, fees, etc even if I'm looking at stuff in brooklyn or queens

Yes but without a plan for employment paying rent will piss through your money pretty quickly. If you can get a job and cheap enough rent 40k is plenty.

that's all rental markets
don't go for suspiciously cheap and use a reputable large agent who has a lot more to lose from fallout than to gain from scamming you
you really need to know a new yorker but the metro means you don't need a car which is instantly huge savings (rent when you do need one)
idk nyc well enough to dare to recommend but there are hospitable areas which aren't brutally expensive
san fran has declined while other cities have been climbing

Man I want to move to NYC
My brother lived there for 5+ years and I visited any opportunity I got because I actually felt alive in NYC. I felt like complete shit returning to STL every time. This city is a retard torture chamber where, yours truly, is getting tortured by unfuckable fat retards. im supremely fuckable, however

I have like $20k in cash, $180k house value, and owe $25k in student debt and $90k on home mortgage. Really thinking about selling the house and building a, Ted shed on my grandmother's property.
Say I get 100k put on s&p500 that's an easy $4k/yr that will last in perpetuity. That pays my phone, starlink, and car for the year.
It's very tempting, because I realize I don't need much to be happy in life. I like reading and anime. I can just do little odd jobs here and there for whatever project I'm into at the moment. If I somehow get food stamps it's easy mode. Growing potatoes and wheat is trivial. Stuff like tomatoes and oregano and even easier. Some beans and squash. Basically I'm just buying meat and food stamps is ridiculous in America, something like $180/mo for one person. That much it's hard to eat that much unless you are trying to be a 400lb whale.

I'm not inho real estate. I just know medical shit and fucked around with /biz/ some(I don't count my shitcoin portfolio in my net worth). I bought when covid was throwing infinite money and overtime at anyone who wanted it and interest rates were at all time lows.
What do you mean by your comment? I mean sure zillow might be overestimating a little, but it shouldn't be off more than 10-20%. Otherwise nobody would use the service. I also considered renting, and the renting company I talked to said zillow was off by $100/mo, but 1.4k vs 1.5k, that's not that much really when all I have to do is hold a magic Jewish scroll that says Deed.
If you have better advice on how I can achieve my goals I'd be very interested to hear it.

Closer to $115k in debt by my figures, but I could be wrong. $90k + $25k= $115k, right? Where are you getting $95,000 from? That's a $20,000 discrepancy so it's not a small error that you've made.
Then I have leveraged positions in crypto but that's too complicated and could easily evaporate one day either in or against my favor so I am just hoping for the best with that. They're over collateralized so no matter what I'm always green there.
It seems the implication is that house valuations are fake. Blackrock has been buying up houses so I could see it being the case. But this leads to opportunity. If Blackrock is overpaying for houses to rent, all the better to sell to them, right? If black rock is doing it to rent, then consider the risk and costs of a rental manager and do what Blackrock wanted to do in the first place and rent the house as a competitor. Either way should be profitable.
Considering I need very little to live comfortably, either is a viable option. The only matter is determining which of the two is the slightly better option.

>Invest in the system and it will take care of you for life!
Goyim are still falling for this one simple trick.
>$180/month for one person
>hard to eat that much
Nigga, that's $6 per day. $2 per meal. You're gonna eat potatoes and tomatoes with oregano every meal? Add some backyard eggs for the protein...

What are the weekly rates in most cities these days? $350 + tax? You'll be surrounded by the ugliest, stupidest, smelliest mutts in existence while living in a cheap motel.

I'm not as fat as you. More food than I could humanly eat seems like a lot to me. Chicken, pork, fish, milk, that's it. My grandmother has hens so I'm not worried about eggs. It's impossible to spend as much as food stamps gives in America. For my situation only of course, you eat 5lbs of Velveeta and three packs of oreos a day, so the money might not last as long for you.
If I'm not buying into Jewish investing, what do you suggest as better? Give it to the fine black future doctors and engineers throwing dice in the alleyway? Boomer shiny rocks? Cash under a mattress? Jews are despicable, but if there's one thing they can do it's be evil, rape and torture children, murder innocents, and run a stock market. Backtesting for multiples of my lifespans has me feeling somewhat comfortable parking money in the s&p and using historical figures to ensure I never go below my initial.

isn't 40k overkill assuming you plan to get a job or are willing to work customer service / labor until you get a higher paying jobby?

I mean with 10k you could move to most cities right?
