Narcs tend to gravitate towards places like that and tend to be gay/soc is full of fags. I'd say a lot of the ones you think are narcs are probably BPD though.

if their BPD is expressed in a way that is so wretched it could be mistaken for NPD then I think they've officially crossed a diagnostic line and deserve to just be lumped in with NPD even if they do not somehow fit a de facto textbook diagnostic description
