They're not at church (not an atheist or against religion, but churches in US seem to be family businesses or Catholic clergy obsessed with convincing you they're the only real church)
They're not outside (i see some jogging but that seems weird, also almost all either have kids or are over my looks match)
They're not at hobby places
I've seen some at food places with alcohol but I'm not attractive enough to cold approach

uhh, i don't know how thing works because... there's no rules for it! however you know that everyone of this site is age of majority and a consequence be expect to be independent of certain responsibilities that the state is supposed to provide.
