Most men have no idea how female sexuality works. This is because male sexuality is extremely simple, and almost entirely visual. When a man sees a feminine woman, he is aroused by the mere sight of her body, and the thought of touching her and having sex with her. As such, men assume that female sexuality functions the same way, just in reverse.
>If I get /fit/, grow a good beard, and wear a suit, women will be into me.
The truth, I think, is that female sexuality is nothing at all like male sexuality. To put it bluntly, almost all women have autogynephilia. They are aroused by their own femininity, by acting and feeling feminine. They are telling the truth when they say "we don't wear X for men, we wear it for ourselves". The only reason women are attracted to masculinity is because being with a masculine man makes a woman feel more feminine by comparison.
For this reason, most women are just as or more aroused by a visual of an attractive woman than a visual of an attractive man. A woman imagining herself as a hotter, more feminine woman is a direct expression of female sexuality, more direct than imagining herself having sex.
But female sexuality is much less visual than male sexuality. As stated, it's all about how feminine the woman feels, which explains why women are drawn to men because of the way they present themselves, their status, or their skills, rather than their physical appearance. A woman likes when a man makes her feel protected and cherished, or in some cases, makes her feel like she's at his mercy.
>Women focus on details of their appearance that no man would care about
>Women only want to date men who are noticeably taller than they are
>Heterosexual women watch solo girl or girl-on-girl porn
>Many women have fetishes for being restrained or hurt
All of these behaviors make perfect sense when this theory is applied.
The only probable exceptions to this are some tomboys and bull dykes.
