the problem with beer is that it gets you bloated way too quick

Water. I can drink alcohol and I do drink wine at the restaurant (which happens rarely) but I do not really like alcohol.
When I stayed in China and Japan for a bit, I drank a lot of beer and whiskey but I had a hard time getting drunk or enjoying the taste (especially the latter).
I guess I just enjoy alcohol in cakes?

you get less bloated if you pour it into a glass properly. and yes beer is to be enjoyed not for you to get drunk asap

I have some kilju made, it tastes amazing,
Just don't feel like drinking despite looking forward to it all week

Alcohol in cakes is nice. I had rum raisins a while ago and tiramisu and it made for a great dessert.

Yeah I do love Tiramisu. Baba au Rhum is also high tier.
I do like Black Forest cakes but lately people do not put alcohol in it and I get pissed off when they do not because that is NOT a traditional Black Forest cake.

i enjoy tasting all the different varieties of beer. i mostly drink IPAs which don't resemble piss at all

Define sweet stuff?
I do like wine with a good meal, and even Champagne. The latter gives me a headache however, for some reason.
Worse is I can hold alcohol really well, I just do not like it or really think/desire to drink it. I happily put it in dishes or desserts but not by itself.

Its sugar water + yeast mixture

but Kilju is very sweet tasting without all the bad aftertaste that alcohol tends to have, for me anyways.
I could down it far easier than most other homebrews without even needing to cold crash it first which is a huge plus

you cant be an alcoholic and drink hard liquor. i did every day for about 10 years and your body starts to break down. its physically impossible to do it all day every day for decades. now i just drink wine all day every day and its much more doable

I had vodka with juice but I do not like the taste of Vodka so it was ruining the juice.
I guess the sweetest I drank was a Monaco? It is basically beer with syrup.

Its very good. I like my liqueurs best. I would also recommend Ol Smokey's banana pudding shit too. Also good to mix with coffee as long as its mostly liqueur.

I always have a water bottle nearby to dilute the alcohol in my stomach and ease strain on my organs. I don't know if it actually works out that way, but I hardly have a hangover if I drink tons of water with booze. This strategy doesn't work as well outside of the house because you'll constantly have to be getting up to go pee, so I recommend for home alcoholics only.

banana is probably fine. ive used strawberry-banana and it was good, but i just use whatever we have so i dont know. people always say orange juice or cranberry but the mix tastes gross to me
