I did the same for a whole year, working out 4 times a week. Still weighted 110 kg at 6'1".
Our metabolism might be permanently fucked, I think.

That's probably why you never feel fool. Yes my guy it's very important for satiety and digestion. You're probably eating more than you should because you're not getting enough fiber.

I'm tryna bulk up to 80 from the current 72-73 since I still feel skinny, don't see what your problem is honestly.
