What is the point of ugly people (mostly males) bitching about being incels. There is only two solutions to it either don't change and keep looking for someone who likes your appearance or lose weight/ get a genioplasty/get a rhinoplasty/get hair implants. Bitching literally does nothing, you can't bully people into liking you, everyone no matter how ugly finds what feel attractive.

I do both, trying to decide what is the safest surgery to get for my face but also accept that people will not like me for stuff I don't want to change like my weird hair/brows/aesthetic

I do. I like talking about my feelings with the people who maybe aren't generally super empathetic, but they can relate, so it's easier for them to do so. Nobody else really cares. Sorry that the way I feel doesn't fit neatly into this small box that women allow men to have.
