you might bleed out without knowing and just suddenly collapse
you could call an ambulance if you need it or go to a hospital

My healthcard expired and I'm waiting for a new one

I'm not going to pay hundreds of dollars. Maybe I will when my government issues me a new health card

It's most likely your toilet paper or a hemmeroid. My ass bleeds every single time I wipe, sometimes heavily. I am an old man though.

You might've slightly ripped ur ass with a shit too big or it's hemorrhoids which you somehow didn't notice before it got this bad. Either way not a big deal, that's just how you shit now - with blood.

That's fucking disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself.

You probably pushed too hard taking a massive shit and got an anal fissure or some shit. Eat more fibre and stop rubbing your asshole furiously with toilet paper

wth are you talking about moron
the hospital wont do anything particularly if this is the first instance
>>81967379 (OP)
if this is a one off then you were probably constipated and tore your butt a little bit

if it's chronic, assuming a pint of blood didn't sludge out of your ass because then you'd probably be leaking blood even now, your main concern is bowel cancer
it's far more likely to be hemorrhoids which isn't a major issue and will resolve itself in a few weeks provided you don't exacerbate it by wiping too hard
however, bowel cancer is increasingly common in young people and has broadly similar symptoms
moreover, the causes of hemorrhoids and bowel cancer overlap heavily so you should take steps to ward off both even in the likely best case scenario

the cause is basically your diet although exercise is also shown to help reduce the risk of bowel cancer
you need to eat more fibre and less meat and ultra processed foods
if you are overweight then address this
the same advice applies to hemorrhoids

again, i would stress that it's almost certainly just hemorrhoids but you should view that as the early warning system for bowel cancer: it might be 20 years early but changes now could say your life then

beans are very good eat more beans
diet coke doesn't really factor here but coffee is good for your colon
fruits and carrots should be palatable even to a manchild or maybe some sort of pickles as they can be quite sweet

if it is hemorrhoids can you feel them on the outside? they could still be internal but often you can detect them by feeling your anus
if they're internal then, short of a colonoscopy, there isn't an easy way to discern whether it's hemorrhoids or colon polyps but chronic hemorrhoids would very likely indicate a lifestyle conducive to polyps and polyps lead to cancer

again, you should consider this the early warning for bowel cancer - do not simply accept blood in your poop as normal unless you are content to die in 20 years
episodic means you need to make changes to your life because this is a recurring issue which will keep recurring until it fails to get betfer
>>81967587
ulcerative colitis would typically cause frequent pooping as a primary symptom whereas polyps do not necessarily
the best initial treatment for all of these is just dietary changes and exercise - invasive surgery is not a preferable option where it can be avoided and they wont give you corticosteroid without first testing lifestyle changes
you could very well live to 90 with benign polyps
although diarrhea for more than a day is very serious and warrants investigation, not that they can do much for ulcerative colitis anyway

Do you live in a third world country, nonny? In the civilized world we have like a dozen monoclonal antibody drugs that work very well for ulcerative colitis. I just want OP to get fucked in the ass in a medical setting anyway. Please let me have this. It's very important to me.

there is literally no cure for ulcerative colitis and it is regarded as a chronic incurable condition - we don't know the exact causes in most cases
yes, there are drugs to help manage it but often not to cure it and there is no universal panacea
the drugs are supplemental and not a replacement for lifestyle changes with identifying and eliminating inflammatory triggers
as many as a third of patients ultimately have sections of their colon removed which tells you how (in)effective the pharmaceutical treatments are

as with literally every condition known to man, preventative measures are orders of magnitude better than curative measures

>>81968561
Monoclonal antibodies are very effective and if you're lucky you go into remission and that's that for as long as you take the drug. Patients who get their colon chopped off often live in shitty places without universal healthcare or have shitty retarded healthcare providers who keep them on shitty ineffective treatments like mesalamine/mesalazine or corticoids. Ideally you want to try biologics asap until they punch the disease into remission instead of using them as a last resort.
>preventative
You can't "prevent" these diseases. I've met many patients who ate organic, were active, and so on, doesn't do shit. It's probably shitty genetics vs micropastics or PFAS or whatever poison that's everywhere in our environment now.

How much blood are we talking about? What about pain? This can be an anal tear, bleeding polyp, injured piles, plethora of cancers.
A doctor visit should take much of your time. You do realize how many oldfags pay visits to the ER because they shoved something up their ass and it got stuck?
Don't ever feel embarrassed, there is nothing a doctor didn't see already.

The lack of pain is ominous.

probably just hemorrhoids. I have chronic constipation because im an opiate addict. Sometimes I take massive shits and there's blood all over the bowl.

If its bright red blood you're typically fine desu, means the source is close to your asshole and not somewhere deep within your bowels or stomach, still worth getting checked out though

Does the blood have a bright red color or a more dark one?
If it's the former, it's probably from near the anus and could just be something like hemorrhoids. But the latter could indicate the blood comes from much further inside and then it would be serious.
Don''t be like TotalBiscuit who ignored blood in his stool and died of cancer.

Well, as far as I know that's the better of the two options. But don't take anything I say as medical advice or think you're in the clear. Go to a doctor as soon as you can.
