Shame me
Knock some sense into me, bring me back to reality

>I have my anime waifu, I'm in love with her, I want to become a male version of her. (I'm not a troon and don't want to troon out) I just want to be this anime character but in real life and in a way that functions in real life. I don't want to act like I'm in some anime because that would be cringe.

Even if I don't want to be cringe, it IS cringe.
Knock some god damn sense into me, shame me, wake me up from this stupid mentality I have. Thanks.

WHY SHOULD I DO IT?

what would becoming more like her entail?
Anonymous No.81969253 [Report] >>81969945
>>81969210
It would entail
>having her personality
>temperament
>mentality
I would want to inherit her psychological traits. It's like I want to mentally be her. This is pretty cringe even to me.

Aight OP, let me give you a realistic bro talk.

You can't become the male equivalent of your waifu, but you can still embody, to a REALISTIC degree, the qualities that you appreciate in them, and to a lesser extent, you can also change your aesthetics to be more like them. Just don't lose grip on reality and what is realistic. It's ok to have idols and characters that you appreciate and look up, but its also ok to just be human, and yourself.
Try to be your best version of yourself, while having realistic expectations, and taking what you can from your idols and waifus into you. Godspeed, nigga.

Thank you for wishing me happiness with her, but did you read all of my original post? What I'm doing about it is cringe, autistic and possibly unhealthy, I need to be shaken back to reality and some anons in here like >>81970322 have been helpful to me about it.
Anonymous No.81970567 [Report]
is this actually autistic? I think it is

Your waifu is a representation of your inner feminine side that you subconsciously try to integrate by imitating her characteristics.

That was very interesting to read
I never thought of it that way. What should I do with this revelation?

I'd recommend you to read Jung, anon. It's too dense to give you a good answer on this subject.
But to answer your question on whether or not it's unhealthy; No, it's actually very healthy for you.
Some might argue anima integration is only possible through projecting onto your partner, but I firmly believe you have a better chance in today's world to find a vessel (e.g. a waifu) to integrate and become whole again.
If you need some book recommendations, start with Jung's essay "The Syzygy: Anima and Animus"

Thank you. I'll be sure to do just that. For me, could you please elaborate on:

>I firmly believe you have a better chance in today's world to find a vessel (e.g. a waifu) to integrate and become whole again.

That part of your response resonated with me and I know that I must ask you to tell me more about this. I hope you have time.

It will sound like schizobabbling if you haven't read Jung yet, unfortunately. But I can give you some some bulletpoints that you might want to ponder if that part resonated with you:
>Reflect on what she represents in your psyche.
>Construct dialogues with her (or use a well-built chatbot idk)
>Ask why certain traits feel comforting or compelling.
>Notice where those same traits are underdeveloped in you.

Through this process you begin to internalize her, not as someone outside you, but as part of your wholeness. Good luck.

Oh, forgot to mention, do NOT get possessed by your anima or you will unironically troon out.

lmao, i do the same thing for my waifu himiko toga. im actually in the process of getting dental crowns done and asked specifically if the canines can be a little longer than normal so my teeth will look like hers IRL. weebism and waifuism are my only reasons for continuing, shes my main motivation for eating healthier and fixing my dental issues. i want her to be proud.
Anonymous No.81971706 [Report]
>>81971433
Thanks so much anon, I'll go through the literature and work on those bullet points.

>>81971485
That's why anime trannies troon out? That's what happens? Dang

>>81971534
Keep it up! I'm happy for you anon!
