I'm not even an alcoholic, but when I want to get drunk I drink straight bottom shelf vodka out of a plastic jug. It's easy to get down and does the job. I don't see the point of any other spirits, especially not anything fancy/expensive. If I want a drink to taste, I have a Belgian style white beer.

Getting close to 3 years dry now, only time I really feel the need to drink is when oktoberfest is happening and other special drinking events.
