I've tried that OP, and you know what? They ALL fucking ghost and/or flake on me. Because I need to study; I've only passed N4, and that was 10 years ago. I've failed N3 four times, N2 three times, and couldn't take it in 2020 for...obvious reasons. I intend to take N3 again this year.

what i did was read things like real books for natives and visual novels while using dictionaries for any word i didnt know and anki mining them
and i would watch anime and listen to podcasts for natives for listening
doing that for long enough makes the n1 piss easy because in the just passing the n1 is much easier than real japanese
