I was raised and still am religious Christian and I am just only now a little less anxious and depressed than I've always been. I was bullied my entire life, struggled with making friends, basic communication, along with the fact I guess I was a little off putting or maybe just neurodivergent because nobody wanted to be around be.

those things are dopamine seeking activities. when women, who are driven more by oxytocin, try to live like men they overwork their dopaminergic system and burn out. the symptoms of dopaminergic burnout are anxiety and depression. men feel good from doing those things because they're driven more by dopamine. if men try to live like women they experience oxytocinergic burnout which causes them to become socially apathetic. you need to take better care of your oxytocinergic system and let your dopaminergic system rest more often. there's nothing wrong with you, you just haven't taken good care of your brain but there's no permanent damage done and the dysregulation is easily remedied. in general, women need to spend more time socializing and less time doing physical tasks and competing, like working out and working a job. parasocialization is a good way for women with anxiety to exercise their oxytocinergic system which elevates mood and reduces stress. that's why soap operas and social media are so much more popular among women than men. maybe find a soap opera that sounds interesting and try to get invested in the characters.

They are so depressed because social media and corporations push harsher and harsher beauty standards and other standards for normalcy, while these girls are also increasingly being groomed online or are having bfs who are brainwashed by porn into pushing and coercing them to more and more violent sex from an earlier and earlier age
