i did an insane amount of research chemicals back in the day but i still look good for my age i guess because i always did my skincare routine even when i was high as a kite

The collagen production changes for your skin that led to the bumps from cocaine may be reversible if you supplement collagen, and I would also recommend glycine on top of that. If you're serious about fixing it I would also recommend a two day water fast every week.

I mostly did lots of 3-MeO-PCP. I used to be high on small amounts almost every day and then I would get high as fuck in my room alone at night. For skincare in the mornings I just use a facial moisturizer with ceramides and strong sunscreen every day, and at night I use hyaluronic acid face cream, retinol serum and an under-eye cream. I also use double cleanser method (1 oil based, 1 water based) and avoid sun, eat collagen, etc.

I keep my curtains shut but it isnt completely dark, and its light in my bathroom, but im only in their briefly.

It's still way better than some girls have it, and you might recover over time if taken care of properly. No I usually ignore if it I'm not going outside, I don't think indirect light is really an issue. As far as I know sunscreen and retinol are the most important things for skin aging.

I used to buy it on dark net sites with bitcoin, it was really cheap because a dose is quite small, like 10mg will have you high for 6 hours. It's very dose dependent, but I'd say it's most similar to DXM if you've ever tried that, or maybe comparable to ketamine. I would do small doses to help with my anxiety because it would make me slightly dissociated and calm, but higher doses would be really stimulating and manic. I would stay up late playing video games and reading weird occult stuff on the internet or just walking around at night listening to music. Sometimes it would also just get too dissociating and I couldn't do anything but lay down and listen to music with my eyes closed.

That drug sounds so intense, a hallucinogenic. Making games more intense is fun, i watched my ex bf play super metroid and that was a good experience, i was comfy, we had our two dogs, my blanket, we ordered pizza, i would feed him as he played and i gave the crusts to the dogs. I just felt happy lol.

It's hard to tell, that whole period of my life was really weird and my memory is blurry. I think the experience of it changed me in a mix of positive and negative ways but it's hard to say what's directly from drugs and what's just from getting older or going through various life experiences. Like I definitely have way less anxiety than I did back then, but I also probably traumatized myself by triggering a psychotic episode

This is what i would do.

Use a moisturiserising stick twice a day under your eyes, lots of sunscreen, avoid direct sunlight, take vitamin A, drink a lot of water daily, 4 litres +, and stop smoking weed.

8 hours sleep is always good too
