How do you socialize if you work from home? Joining clubs or classes feels childish or like it's a product where people just go to do shit and not talk to anyone.

Idk. Been working from home for 5 years, then hit unemployment status and since then i've basically developed light speech disorders.
You don't.
Well frankly, you only socialize with your colleagues. If you r lucky, you have some cool dudes to pair-program with and it's all chill. If you are in hell, your manager will join every cowork session and make permanent comments. Which is not an inherently bad thing, but so many people are ego tripping it's insane.
Other than that, you should at least give clubs etc a try once. I wanted to, but never tried because I literally have no clue what or where to join.

Literally no adult human knows how to socialize properly, if you try to do so you are already head of 98%
