How do I break this cycle of illogical thinking? I'm well aware these are just my emotions talking but it doesn't make them feel any less shitty and I don't like the fact that I basically have to get lost but clarity for myself to realize that feeling sad about being single is kinda dumb. I'm not even sure I'm capable of being in and maintaining a good relationship anyway so how do I stop this? I'm low-key getting sick of cooming
