My entire personality is just overanalyzing and critiquing every aspect of life. I can't enjoy anything anymore. I just do nothing but notice every flaw in every moment of everything that exists then ask what the point even is. I imagine some other anons are similar but I don't even know what it matters. It is not something I can shut off.

I can relate. Have you tried improve to the negative things you see regularly? It won't be a forever solution but it will give you a slightly more peaceful mind. Complaining without action is almost always terrible.

Yeah me too brother. I am way to cynical and pushed away all my friends as well so now I am alone

Just overall negative about everything. Even stuff like hiking or visiting some places. I wish I could enjoy stuff like normies

You just stop doing it. What do you mean? You know the things you don't want ot think, so when you think them, stop. It's that easy.
It's like asking "how do I stop jerking off" you just take your hand, don't put it on your dick and bam, congrats, you've done it.

I used to be this way, and what helped was
>try to improve stuff that you can
>force yourself to stop thinking super-negative thoughts (like instead of "this movie is probably gonna fucking suck" I'd just go "doesn't look like my kind of movie" and then ignore it)
Also don't hang around people who do nothing but bitch and moan, it's very easy to get "pulled" into it.

Damn I should've added this to my post too. This is really good advice. I've been trying my best not to complain all the time because it just goes on forever because I can spin anything in a negative way.

You have to psyop yourself over a long period of time to try and find one good thing about things you feel negatively about and then force yourself to only think about that one "good" aspect, like straight up "war is good for the economy" type shit

Pretty much you need to retardate yourself or you'll never be happy

It's really difficult to stop once you've entered the "spiral" in my experience, especially if you're talking to people who also constantly complain about everything.
I've distanced myself from one of my closest friends (we still talk, just not as often) because every single thing out of his mouth is negative, and I found myself being dragged into it without realizing it.
