Why don't you use Ecosia as a search engine? That way if you feel useless, you can actually contribute something to society by planting trees with your searches.

I've been looking for a half decent search engine for a while. I tried ecosia but it didn't work that well. These days I use duckduckgo but it often doesn't get me the results I want, especially in images. I wish there were a half-decent, customizable search engine out there.
