As a modern male you have to come to terms with the fact that your physical strength is just not needed anymore. Sure there are still plenty of jobs that could make use of it, but you would still be better served trying to build a robot to do them for you instead. That means you can either lift man made weights or be a lardass soiboy. I know which one I would rather do.
