I know only 1 persons name from the 30 I work with. Back in school I only remembered my long term friends names, nobody elses. I did 3 years of trade school, and knew 3 names off the top of my head by the end of it.

I also had a "friend", that I spoke to everyday for 9 months. I didn't even remember his name for that duration.
