I just want to get completely, emotionally detached from anything in the human world/mind and enjoy being.
I've come pretty far already, but not enough. Need 100% detachment from everything and completely retreat into my mind.

This is not escapism. Been doing escapism as a younger guy. This is about trying to completely let go.

Posting on /r9k/, I turned on my PC and used the keyboard and mouse to navigate software and type in information that those who have mastered english can understand.

say "him" instead of "i"

you'll soon realize that the only reason you're rooting for "you" is because you've autobrainwashed yourself into thinking this body was yours. when the illusion is shattered, true detachement will follow. It's logical, think about how movies seemed so real when you were a kid and how now you can't get as invested in them since you know they're fake. it's the same with this simulation we call life
it's all fake
you need to train your eyes to see it

youll get here eventually, so no need to rush. but really? if you really want to do so? give yourself a bigger problem than dying alone. body dysmorphia, an addiction, whatever. itll preoccupy you until that detachment completes itself

Jesus told people to stop chasing worldly rewards 2000 years ago. Why are you asking an anime site instead of God's son for advice?

OP gets you, OP probably can do that to some degree. But it is not permanent, there is always a return to the human dream. OP wants to get out.

But detaching from detachment is detachment. So is the only way pure silence?

Because the knowledge alone does not work. I need, something more. No clue.

Damn. It'll take a while to get there. I'm definitely closer to that mindset than years ago, but 100% still cling to life when I approach death. Had a nasty situation last year and it made me realize that I don't want to die. But is it my biology that has this desire, or my mind? Honestly, it feels like my biology just wants to breed and eat and shit, but my mind has much greater aspirations.

well, idk what to say then. the other routes i know are dangerous too. you have to accept risk if you want to take a shortcut. otherwise the safe route will require your patience. so pick your struggle
>the other routes are castration and psychedelics, the latter might make the desire for love worse or trigger other mental issues

I have eaten a shitload of lsd when I got my hands on up to 3000 ug of blotters.
Hmmm it definitely did something, but also came at a few great costs, aside the financial ones. Yet I still remain as before.

The thing is, I don't want to be a human who is on the default setting "i don't exist". I have the intuition that this will bring absolutely nothing except greater misery because there is still the body.

Breaking down is not going to get us anywhere now anon. Realizing that language and language-thinking is inherently limited and flawed (maybe, by design) is a first vital step.
I'm sure you wanted to somehow help, with your profound experience backing your words.
But this is a serious topic and logic is the only way to navigate the shitheap of dogma and confusion we drown in.

I know what's your stance and point and I utterly disagree. consider the grounds of my disagreement as the material for your goal
