I went to a boy only religious school and never learned how to speak to girls. I thought it was over for me. Then I enlisted and was around girls (18-21) all the time. Got some action at 19/20-ish. we would climb on roofs and makeout and stuff like that. It was like teen love and I was her second (she had zero experience basically). At 21 I bagged a 17yo (was her second also) and it was simillar. Now (28) I'm in a relationship with a 31yo neet and was her first. 23 is very young, anon. You definitely still have time.

I also missed out, although I was fortunate enough to get the briefest, most surface level of tastes. I think the thing that makes it so special and amazing is the novelty of the experience and the condition of the individual. When you are young you are in peak health and condition, so all your hormones are surging, the feelings are as intense as they are ever gonna be, and all of it is a new adventure for you to explore. When you couple all of these variables, you get the peak love experience (aka teenage love). When you get older, even in your 20s, the processes within your body dull and slow. You no longer feel emotions as intensely. Physical sensations are not as strong. You become jaded in life so physiologically your emotions are also blunted aside from just the physical aspect. Even if the experience is new, it is not as intense as it would have been. Also, the odds are your partner has already experienced these things and so the novelty is not shared like in teenage love.

It does suck that we missed out. I wish I can say we will get another chance, but we wont. Life is not fair, but it continues on no matter what. Just accept it and move on, my friend. No use being upset about things that we cant control or fix.
