Less? What's your actual conversion rate from application to phone screen? When you say "interview" were these in person or just phone/zoom arrangements? Also, give your favorite interview question that you think you nail the most consistently - both the question and your answer. Last one - when they ask if you have any questions for them, what do you ask?

The only reason why I know for a fact a new slave caste is being developed is because I'm actually in aviation as a trade job and I'm watching the government literally pulling the ladders up behind the last few people getting into it while they hire immigrants from other countries to replace the retiring worker base.
