I'm from a small-ish city and 99% of the people doing Door Dash don't know more than 5 English words. I don't know how they survived before Door Dash, I don't know how they figured out they could Door Dash for money, I don't know where they live and how they exist without a SSN or passport.

It is a real name. Kutty is probably short for Shankarakutty or something similar which are common surnames in Kerala. Kerala is a Christian area of India where people often have English biblical first names
