how do you detox from the internet? im talking type of addiction of wake up, dont even brush teeth, stay on pc 15 hours every day, sleep, for over a decade. im 30 btw.

I feel like my identity is meshed with the internet. I'm proud of my accomplishments in gaming, I've customized all of my characters and profiles in games and bought DLC/skins, 4chan is my community. It's kind of unimaginable to leave like that. Maybe it's the right thing to do, though.
