I spoke to one not that long ago from soc. My opinion is that religion is a set of rules to ensure that humanity, especially the less intelligent ones, survive. He couldn't comprehend why the witnesses of Christ's "miracles" would lie when faced death. To give your life to ensure humanities survival, he couldn't understand. It scares me how selfish they are.
