I could put up with this all before but I got passed over for a promotion despite being the hardest working in our department and was told "jurpreet needed it for his immigration sponsorship" when I asked the manager what gives. I don't want to be racist and I hate feeling this way but holy fuck, it's getting real fucking difficult.

That's an experience that a lot of us Canadians share. I have also become racist towards Indians due to their behaviour.
