Trades related certificates
Healthcare related Associate's degrees

Fort quick degrees/short term programs, that's it. Both of those have good return on investments and good job opportunities. If you want something more specific then I would say a Radiological Technician program. Those are the people that operate the MRI machines and x-rays and such. You're pretty hands off when it comes to the patient other than telling them to stand still.
