That doesn't happen anymore. Boomers are finally fucking off and dying/retiring at my Fortune 50 company. 90% of their cushy positions are just eliminated when vacated. Any work they were doing is redistributed among everyone else. No raise in pay, of course.

I went into medicine. It's a pain in the ass before during and after, but at least I make guaranteed money. Maybe nursing, PA, NP, AA, CRNA?
