personally i have tried quitting many times but i keep coming back despite knowing that its a waste of time

I've tried but I can't escape the social media, everyone now uses phones and living life has become part of the internet. Shits like streaming and tiktok just go to show how ridiculous it can be to waste time watching other people live, while they get rich off your time by consuming them.. I can honestly say that it's better to waste time here shitposting and watch porn and masturbate, because you are wasting your time in a better way. Unfortunately, these places are getting more and more dead every year.

They don't understand their addiction is still controlling their life, just in a different way. I've stopped using 4chan before and I'll do it again. I've also done it for opiates, weed, alcohol and hookers.
