how do you defeat the delusions when youre self aware but you cant fight it. im not allowed around family anymore cause i thought they were poisioning me and putting cameras in every corner of my room

idk i dont have psychotic delusions i just get creative and cant sleep for days at a time.

just got to disprove it. i remember all the times i've thought crazy things i've believed that haven't been true

why would my 20th would be destruction be real if the others werent and i felt they were as real as they could be
