Why create suffering where there is none?

This is retarded because eventually a more intelligent life form will arise and the cycle with continue.

Mormons live in the Salt Lake Valley
That place smells like a giant butthole

I'm not talking about some universal plan, just my decision to create joy (life in its most basic form, wormfood) over suffering (complex human life).

Furthermore, "Illiterate little insects like you should definitely not breed." implies that you accept the precepts of the original argument, meaning you're just sort of seething right now

The thing is it seems like the more chudded up nations are dealing with even lower birth rates (Like Hungary and Poland) over say the more libtarded ones.

living is an active choice, you are actively choosing to suffer instead of choosing the logical option and checking out of this life

the easiest way to refute an antinatalist's arguments is to tell them to kill themselves.
if they don't, then they clearly see value in life since they refuse to give theirs up.

the cleanup crew has to do their job regardless, if its not you then its always someone else

It's not a choice. It's a challenge. And it's too much for me. Maybe if I had access to guns, I'd think otherwise. As for the life being worth perpetuating, it's a spectrum rather than a binary choice. And right now it's not leaning in a direction favorable to it.

>if they don't, then they clearly see value in life
Not enough value to recommend it to anyone else though. A small amount of value, brought about by inertia and life's strong safeguards against suicide.
Anonymous No.82173149 [Report]
Although, this conversation got me thinking. What if life is good enough on its own, but awful when you have kids? It sure seems that way for many people.
Anonymous No.82173165 [Report] >>82173233
Also, I'm sure at least some antinatalists kill themselves. Does that make them right?
Anonymous No.82173233 [Report] >>82173302
>>82173165
perhaps for them but I dont imagine they can speak for all humanity when they say life is suffering
Anonymous No.82173270 [Report] >>82173311
Antinatalism is just an example of someone with 80iq trying very hard to break into the highest tiers of awareness but being unable to take the last few steps, being stuck on meaningless noise.
Anonymous No.82173302 [Report]
>>82173233
Then it's a lose lose when the argument is that the antinatalist should kill themselves. It's more of a gotcha than an argument, but I guess that was obvious from the get-go.

You need a woman to breed with.
I don't want to pass on subpar genes
Anonymous No.82173593 [Report] >>82173613
>>82173533
This. At the end of the day, it's less antinatalism and more self-imposed eugenics. If you're some rich gigachad go ahead and breed, but I'm not gonna make it my life mission to bring some child into a life of relative poverty and shitty genes.

Retards and the unserious trolls take anti-natalism as us giving a fuck about you choosing to breed. If you want kids, can afford them, will be a good parent then by all means have children and have a happy family. Not everyone shares that sentiment and not everyone deserves to have a kid.

At least from my perspective, I'm not a eugenicist because if I had a magic wand I'd just make every human sterile whereas a eugenicist would only make certain humans sterile.
