All these insurance companies with pronouns in email signatures, "she/her/hers", "he/him" etc, everyone uses "she" for this patient.

Going through medical history, abortion in 2023, but on testosterone since 2019. Social failure, lives with mother, warehouse worker, depression meds, wouldn't surprise me if she was active here.

Absolutely wild people like this still claim they're the opposite gender, only doctor "affirming" her new gender is the one profiting from it, our clinic which treats her for back injury, all medical records must state she's a female, no matter how much you try, you are what you're born as. Same with MtF patients, they must use their actual gender. It's pathetic how much people are exploited for profit, and as soon as it doesn't benefit anyone, your identity gets zero respect.
