i remember last time i was working at retail i had two bad customers, the first was this teenager he brought a big bag of walkers the ones where there's multiple little packs anyway the place i was working had this discount card thing where you have to scan the barcode, he had the card but as a picture on his phone it just didn't want to scan on my end told him I can't scan it he then called his mom saying the card wasn't working, then a colleague who helped me told me i can put in the numbers above the bar code had to make him wait and manually put in the numbers he was pretty pissed off.

second was a couple buying some flowers the register i was working at locked itself so i had to find a card to reopen i made them wait for about 15 minutes the chad was pissed off his gf wanted to buy something else as well but he said he didn't want to wait along again.
