your body is missing natural feel good chemicals you receive from good foods and exercise and sunlight.
you won't feel it after 1 day or 1 week but after 50+ weeks? you'll know what I mean.
the issue with depression and naturally overcoming it is it takes too long and most people fold.
i mean, if after 1 month of good diet and proper exercise you still feel depressed, why bother right?
you also need to discard all bad outlets like porn addiction, alcohol, drugs (even psychiatrist drugs throw them out).
