Same reason we crave female attention. On the surface/physical level, it releases hormones that feel good. On a deeper spiritual level, it provides proof that we are worthy of existence. We are being accepted. We are receiving confirmation that we matter to someone, that our existence is wanted. We are being told that someone else out there thinks we are worthy of living forever.
