I don't want to go to the gym because it costs money and it takes time to get there and as a wagie I already don't have enough time for myself on weekdays. And I'm not taking cancerous supplements, just eating a bit more to make up for the extra calories I burn every day. My goal is to go from a tall BMI 19 skelly to BMI 20-21, fit/muscly skelly.
